Old School Premium Reserve

Bottled in small batches over a wood fire. Handcrafted in small batches, this is our standard – basic, but exceptional – syrup that we have been making for years. Wood-fired, 100% pure, all-natural, nothing added but a whole lot of love. It’s a blend of sap drawn from the maple trees from the Old Schoolhouse Caledon estate, and our friends and farmers nearby. Every bottle is hand-packed and inspected by the Sap Master himself.
